The Senate Finance Committee today released a memo on the nomination of Alan Bersin to be Commissioner of Customs regarding information received and discovered in the Committee’s review of the nominee. The Senators released the memo in conjunction with a briefing today with staff of Finance Committee members regarding the nomination. The Finance Committee memo and additional documents are attached.
