Re: HealthCare.gov Leadership Changes

Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-Mont.) today thanked Jeff Zients for his work on HealthCare.gov and welcomed his successor and former Microsoft executive, Kurt DelBene, as just announced by the White House.

From Chairman Baucus:

“We greatly appreciate Jeff Zients's hard work and commitment to get HeathCare.gov up and running for the American people.   Under his watch, website improvements have resulted in a dramatic uptick in enrollment. We also welcome his successor, Kurt DelBene, as he steps in to lead the charge bringing with him a wealth of expertise as both a manager and engineer of complex technology projects.  Both Jeff Zients and Kurt DelBene’s leadership are critical in the effort to help more Americans access affordable health care.”
