Hatch Calls for Cloture on Bipartisan TPA
In a speech on the Senate floor today, Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) called on the Senate to invoke cloture on the Congressional Trade Priorities and Accountability Act of 2015 (TPA 2015) after a week of procedural delays.
