Hatch Announces Hearing for Tax Court Nominee

Out of respect for the services honoring former President George H.W. Bush, the nomination hearing will now take place on Tuesday, Dec. 11 at 10:00 a.m.

WASHINGTON – Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) will convene a hearing to consider Courtney Jones to be a judge of the United States Tax Court. The hearing will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 11 at 10:00 a.m. in 215 Dirksen Senate Office Building.
